School ERP Coordinator / Education ERP Support

Job Description

Mobilise App Lab Limited is looking for a School ERP Coordinator to be deployed at Delhi Public School (DPS), Faridabad. The candidate will manage day-to-day ERP operations, support school staff, coordinate with technical teams, resolve ERP-related issues, ensure accurate data entry, conduct user training, and prepare MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP activities across Admin, Accounts, Academics, and Transport.
• Provide ERP support and resolve user queries.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely updates.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain documentation.
• Train school staff on ERP usage.
• Support ERP implementation, testing, and upgrades.
• Assist with student ID card distribution.

Required Skills

• Experience with School ERP / Education ERP.
• Good coordination and communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to support and train non-technical users.
