School Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced School Admission Counsellor to drive the schools admission process and build strong relationships with prospective parents. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong understanding of the school admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete admission and enrolment process from enquiry generation to final conversion.
• Handle enquiries from prospective parents through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
• Conduct effective parent counselling and school presentations, addressing queries related to academics, facilities, curriculum, fees, and school offerings.
• Follow up consistently with prospective parents and maintain a strong admission conversion pipeline.
• Achieve admission and enrolment targets through effective sales and relationship-building strategies.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for parents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and conversions in the relevant CRM/ERP system.
• Participate in school events, outreach activities, marketing campaigns, and admission drives to generate prospective leads.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and represent the school professionally at all times.

Eligibility & Experience:
• 310 years of relevant experience in school admissions, education sales, counselling, or a related field.
• Prior experience in school admissions, sales & marketing, and parent counselling is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to understand and address parents’ requirements effectively.
• Target-driven, proactive, and confident in handling prospective parents.
• Prior experience in the education sector/school environment will be an added advantage.
