Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Schedule Change Team.

This role is ideal for candidates from an International Voice Process background with experience in travel operations and GDS systems who enjoy solving customer concerns and managing complex travel itineraries.

You will be responsible for handling airline schedule changes, assisting customers with rebooking, resolving travel-related concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 Year of International Voice Process Experience - Mandatory

Minimum 1 Year Hands-on Experience on GDS (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo) - Mandatory

Candidates without International Voice Process experience will not be considered

Candidates without GDS experience will not be considered

Graduate in Any Discipline

Excellent Spoken and Written English Communication Skills

Currently Residing in Delhi NCR

Comfortable Working in 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage airline schedule change requests and travel modifications.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with rebooking, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Respond to customer queries through calls and emails.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers until complete issue resolution.

Desired Skills

• Strong expertise in Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo GDS.
• Prior experience in an International Voice Process environment.
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Self-driven and team-oriented professional.
