Where You ll Make a Difference
- Develop and execute category innovation strategies by translating consumer, customer, and market insights into competitive product solutions.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities through a deep understanding of market trends, consumer needs, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights, R&D, and cross-functional teams to create clear innovation briefs and deliver differentiated value propositions.
- Lead and coordinate projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring effective execution and speed to market.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to align fragrance and category strategies with overall business goals and growth priorities.
- Monitor project performance, proactively address technical challenges, and adapt strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong regional and global visibility of category initiatives while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Master s or Bachelor s degree in chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in an international environment.
- Excellent Olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process - discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory.
- Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
- Manage the execution of the Olfactive strategy by providing creative direction and (Olfactive) guidance to Perfumers in order to stimulate creativity.
- Excellent influencing skills across levels within the organization.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- English language fluency, other language proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to travel.
