5. Software Deployment, OS Deployment & Inventory Management

6. Incident, Change & Service Request Management

Good-to-Have

1. Azure AD (Entra ID), MFA & Conditional Access

2. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

3. PowerShell Scripting & Automation

4. Co-Management (SCCM + Intune)

5. Autopilot Deployment & Device Provisioning

6. Basic Knowledge of O365 Administration
