Oversee daily dispatch scheduling, vehicle allocation, and route planning for the North Region network.

Education: Graduate (BBA / B.Com / B.Tech) with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.

Experience: 4 to 7 years of core logistics experience, ideally within the QSR, FMCG, Cold-Chain, or Perishable Goods industries.

ERP: Deep operational proficiency in SAP (Shipment, MM, and SD modules).

Tools: High competency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data dashboards) and TMS software.

Geography: Strong familiarity with transit corridors, highway restrictions, and delivery nodes across Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and J&K.

Excellent negotiation, vendor-handling, and problem-solving skills under high-pressure timelines.

Availability to supervise shifts and manage crisis situations in a 24/7 retail supply chain format.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics, with a proven track record of success.
