- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Implement functional programming concepts and design patterns.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using Apache Spark (Scala).
- Process large-scale datasets in distributed environments.
- Work with streaming technologies like Kafka / Spark Streaming.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, data engineering, and DevOps.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
- Analyze and improve application performance.
- Debug and resolve production issues.
- Optimize database queries and processing logic.
- Experience in big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Hive, HDFS).
- Knowledge of Akka / Play Framework.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
