Key Responsibilities & Knowledge Required

• Extensive expertise in Captive Power Plant (CPP) Operations & Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of Boilers, Turbines, Generators (BTG), Turbo Blowers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, and Utility Systems
• Experience in Power Generation Optimization, Energy Management, and Cost Reduction Initiatives
• Proficiency in Plant Reliability, Asset Management, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
• Expertise in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, and Process Control Systems
• Strong capability in Performance Monitoring, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Problem Solving
• Knowledge of Boiler Water Chemistry, Cooling Water Management, and OEM Performance Standards
• Experience in Budget Management, Resource Optimization, and Operational Excellence
• Sound understanding of Statutory Compliance, Boiler Regulations, Environmental Norms, and Regulatory Requirements
• Proven leadership in Manpower Planning, Team Development, and Cross-functional Coordination
• Strong commitment to Safety Excellence, Zero Harm Culture, EHS, VSS, VSAP, and AO Compliance
• Effective Strategic Planning, Decision Making, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management skills
• Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Continuous Improvement, and Sustainability Practices
• Capability to lead Emergency Preparedness, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Operations
