Role & responsibilities

SBL (Secured Business Loan)

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing: Source high-value Secured Business Loan (SBL) clients through direct marketing, cold calling, references, and open-market channels.
• DSA & Connector Management: Build and manage a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), chartered accountants, and local connectors to drive regular business files.
• Financial Evaluation: Primary appraisal of financial documents, including GST returns, 2-year audited balance sheets, P&L accounts, and ITR documents.
• Collateral Verification: Evaluate the legal and technical stability parameters of residential, commercial, or industrial properties pledged as collateral.
• Credit & Risk Assessment: Evaluate candidate credit history, banking habits (maintaining minimum balance habits), and check CIBIL scores to minimize loan rejection risks.
• End-to-End Processing: Manage the loan lifecycle from login to technical verification, legal clearance, credit approvals, and final disbursement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 6mths of proven experience in selling mortgage/secured lending assets in a Bank or NBFC environment.
• Traits: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and sales forecasting capabilities.
