Position: Telesales Executive – Life Insurance

Location: Malad & Virar, Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: HSC Pass or Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Any Sales Process
• Good English Communication Skills
• Freshers are not eligible
• Basic Computer Knowledge Required

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: Up to 25,000 per Month + Attractive Incentives
• In-Hand Salary: 18,000 – 25,000
• Salary will be finalized based on the candidate's skills and previous salary package.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote SBI Life Insurance products.
• Explain insurance plans, benefits, features, and policy details to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into potential customers.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM system.
• Ensure proper communication and compliance with company policies.
