Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
• Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning across enterprise applications.
• Configure access requests, approval workflows, and access certifications.
• Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Configure application integrations using connectors and APIs.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) policies.
• Configure identity lifecycle management and access governance policies.
• Troubleshoot provisioning failures, access issues, and connector errors.
• Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• Work with REST APIs, SQL queries, and scripting as required.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and access reviews.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Saviynt EIC / IGA.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with user provisioning, access certification, and access request management.
• Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using connectors and APIs.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
• Basic SQL and REST API knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, or other IAM tools.
• Knowledge of SAP security and cloud IAM.
• Experience with IAM audits and regulatory compliance.
