SAP Vistex Functional Support

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Support Consultant with around 6 years of hands-on SAP Vistex experience to support production operations and business-critical processes across SAP Vistex and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional production support for SAP Vistex applications and business processes.
• Handle incident resolution, ticket triage and functional troubleshooting.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive solutions.
• Support business process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate functional requirements.
• Ensure effective integration and alignment between SAP Vistex and SAP S/4HANA.
• Support Vistex processes including:
• Vendor Rebates
• Customer Rebates
• Chargebacks
• Claims & Transactions
• Pricing / Pricing Catalogues
• Membership / Eligibility
• Pharma Billing
• Agreements
• Drive proactive monitoring and problem management.
• Support release readiness and production deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and performance optimisation.
• Contribute to operational stability, service reliability and continuous improvement.
