SAP Vistex Functional Consultant

Role Summary

SAP Vistex Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Vistex solutions integrated with SAP ERP/S4HANA systems. The consultant works closely with business users to manage pricing, rebates, incentives, royalties, chargebacks, and trade promotion processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure SAP Vistex solutions based on business needs.
• Support Vistex processes including:
• Rebates
• Incentives
• Chargebacks
• Billbacks
• Pricing Management
• Claims Management
• Work closely with SAP SD and other functional teams for end-to-end process integration.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, process documents, and training materials.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Vistex modules such as Rebates, Incentives, Pricing, and Claims.
• Good knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Experience in configuration, testing, and support activities.
• Understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
