SAP UNIT_Solution Engineer - Operations & Supply Chain Planning (E2E)

Role & responsibilities

• Support the Digital Product Manager in the implementation and continuous improvement of planning solutions.
• Configure and maintain planning applications, business rules, master data settings, workflows, and system parameters.
• Support integrations between planning platforms, ERP systems, data platforms, and manufacturing solutions.
• Coordinate and execute system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate resolution with vendors and support teams.
• Support data validation, planning data consistency, and system performance monitoring.
• Prepare technical documentation, process descriptions, training materials, and user guides.
• Support global deployments, change activities, user adoption, and platform operations

Key Profile Factors
• Strong technical mindset combined with supply chain planning process understanding.
• Hands-on approach to configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support.
• Able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Focus on system reliability, user adoption, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have
• Experience with MES / OT integration.
• Exposure to analytics, AI, or advanced planning capabilities.
• Experience with cloud integrations, APIs, and data platforms

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience supporting digital supply chain or planning applications.
• Experience with SAP IBP, S&OP, APS tools, or similar planning solutions.
• Good understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, MRP, and production planning processes.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, integrations, and data management.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and external vendors in a global environment
