Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced SAP UI5/Fiori Consultant with 9-18 years of experience in SAP front-end technologies and digital transformation programs. The candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP UI5, Fiori architecture, SAP Gateway, OData services, and SAP S/4HANA environments, along with strong solution design and technical leadership capabilities.
Roles ResponsibilitiesA day in the life of an Infoscion

As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.

You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.

You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.

You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.

You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Technical Requirement9-18 years of experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development and architecture.
Extensive experience in SAP UI5, Fiori, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, and OData Services.
Expertise in SAP Gateway and Fiori Launchpad architecture.
Experience leading SAP Fiori implementation, rollout, and transformation projects.
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA integrations and application extensibility.
Expertise in custom Fiori development, standard app extensions, and UX strategy.
Experience in performance tuning, governance standards, and code quality reviews.
Exposure to SAP BTP, Business Application Studio, and cloud-based SAP development.
Experience mentoring technical teams and driving solution architecture discussions.

Strong leadership and consulting capabilities.
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and SAP Activate methodologies.
Ability to lead large-scale SAP digital transformation initiatives.
