About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP TM functional solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP TM modules including:
- Freight Order Management
- Freight Booking
- Transportation Planning
- Carrier Selection
- Charge Management
- Freight Settlement
- Transportation Execution
- Participate in end-to-end SAP TM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
- Design and configure transportation networks, planning profiles, and transportation charges.
- Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP ERP, and SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Support master data setup including locations, business partners, carriers, transportation lanes, and resources.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and user training.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Monitor transportation processes and recommend continuous improvements.
