SAP Test Manager & Quality Lead

We are looking for a senior profile who will take the position of SAP Test Manager & Quality Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the SAP regression testing capability
• Drive quality assurance across test execution, release validation, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Lead and coach the testing team
• Support onboarding and development of testing resources
• Strong understanding of business processes and sufficient hands-on experience to challenge test coverage, quality risks and release decisions

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance within enterprise IT delivery
• 5+ years of testing leadership experience
• Experience in leading teams of 5-20 testers
• Experience in onboarding, coaching, and managing testing resources
• Experience in building or scaling testing capability, test factory, or regression testing service
• Demonstrable experience with regression test programs across multiple domains
• Experience managing stakeholders across Business and IT
• Experience presenting quality risks, testing status, and release readiness recommendations to senior business and IT stakeholders
• Accountability for quality recommendations and release readiness assessments
• Experience with release management, deployment validation, and go/no-go decision processes
• Experience across multiple enterprise business domains, ideally including Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and/or HR.
• Strong end-to-end business process knowledge (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R, T2P, ...)

Nice-to-have

• Experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA transformation programs
• Experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA project delivery
• SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP CALM
• Test automation strategy and governance within complex enterprise application landscapes
• Experience with SAP test management and automation tools
• Agile, DevOps and CI/CD delivery environments
