1. SAP Test Management Consultant

Experience: 3+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP Test Management Consultant with experience in supporting testing activities across SAP Transformation, SAP S/4HANA, ECC Upgrade, and SAP Rollout programs. The consultant will be responsible for test planning, test execution, defect management, reporting, and ensuring quality delivery across SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Go-Live Validation phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support test strategy, planning, and governance activities.
• Create, review, maintain, and execute test scripts and test scenarios.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End Business Process Testing.
• Track test execution progress and provide regular status updates.
• Manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle and participate in defect triage meetings.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Prepare test execution reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business users, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Support release readiness and go-live validation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Test Management.
• Experience supporting SAP Transformation, SAP S/4HANA, ECC Upgrade, or SAP Rollout projects.
• Understanding of SAP business processes across SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM, TM, and related modules.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText ALM Octane, HP ALM/Micro Focus ALM, and Jira.
• Good understanding of STLC, defect management, requirements traceability, testing metrics, and risk-based testing.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• ISTQB Certification preferred.
• SAP Certification is an added advantage.

2. SAP Test Management SeniorConsultant

Experience: 6+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Management Consultant/Test Lead to manage and lead end-to-end testing activities across large-scale SAP Transformation and S/4HANA implementation programs. The candidate should have strong experience in test strategy, planning, governance, defect management, leadership reporting, stakeholder management, and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain overall test strategy for SAP transformation programs.
• Develop and manage test plans, schedules, entry and exit criteria, and governance frameworks.
• Establish testing standards, quality gates, and best practices.
• Coordinate testing across multiple SAP workstreams and integrated applications.
• Lead test script creation, review, maintenance, and execution.
• Ensure complete traceability between requirements, test assets, and defects.
• Manage testing activities for SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, End-to-End Process Testing, Performance Testing, and Go-Live Validation.
• Establish defect governance, conduct defect triage meetings, and drive defect closure.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, testing summaries, and release readiness reports.
• Present testing progress, risks, defects, and recommendations to program leadership.
• Collaborate with business process owners, SAP functional teams, technical teams, integration teams, PMO, QA teams, and vendors.
• Support release management and facilitate Go/No-Go decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Test Management.
• Minimum 3+ years supporting SAP Transformation, SAP S/4HANA, ECC Upgrade, or SAP Rollout programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes across SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM, TM, and integrated SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText ALM Octane, HP ALM/Micro Focus ALM, and Jira.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and SAP Solution Manager Test Suite is preferred.
• Strong expertise in STLC, requirements traceability, defect management, risk-based testing, test metrics, KPI reporting, test automation strategy, and release readiness assessments.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ISTQB Certification preferred.
• SAP Certification is advantageous.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Utilities, Consumer Products, Oil & Gas, or Energy industries is preferred.
