SAP Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide Level 1 functional support for SAP Business One across Sales, Purchase,
  Inventory, Production, and Finance modules.
  • Assist users with day-to-day ERP transactions and basic system navigation.
  • Support users in creating and processing Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes
  (GRN), Deliveries, A/R & A/P Invoices, Inventory Transfers, and Production Orders.
  • Assist in maintaining master data including Business Partners, Item Master,
  Warehouses, Price Lists, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of ERP issues and escalate complex issues to the Level
  2 Support Team.
  • Validate transaction data and ensure accurate data entry in the ERP system.
  • Monitor pending issues and follow up with users until closure.
  • Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related user queries.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for business users.
  • Assist users in resolving login, authorization, printing, and document-related issues.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL queries and Crystal Reports is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
• Strong understanding of HANA SQL and ability to write complex queries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of, including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production,
  and Finance. Understanding of ERP business processes, master data
  management, and day-to-day transaction processing.
