Description
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant with 4-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring various modules of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration with HR processes, and providing ongoing support to users.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management System.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Provide support in system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and assist in the change management process during implementations.
- Stay updated with new features and functionalities in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure optimal usage of the platform.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in data migration tools and methodologies within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP modules or third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and training.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
