SAP Successfactors Time Management

Location- Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities-

• Configure and support SAP SF Time Management
• Design and maintain:
• Work Schedules & Work Schedule Rules
• Holiday Calendars
• Absence & Attendance Types
• Develop and manage Time Evaluation Schemas & PCRs
• Ensure accurate integration with Payroll, PA, and OM modules
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (RICEF)
• Support time recording processes (positive/negative time, CATS)
• Analyze and resolve time evaluation errors and discrepancies
• Participate in testing phases: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
• Work on integrations with third-party systems (e.g., biometric devices)
• Provide production support, documentation, and end-user training
• Strong experience in SAP SF Time Management
• Deep understanding of:
• Time Evaluation (Schemas, PCRs)
• Work Schedules & Time Data Processing
• Absence & Attendance Management
