SAP SuccessFactors Time Management - PAN India

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Drive solution design workshops and gather business requirements related to Time Off, Time Sheet, Time Tracking, and Work Schedules.
• Provide functional leadership for global Time Management deployments across multiple geographies.
• Configure and manage Time Profiles, Time Recording Profiles, Time Valuations, Holiday Calendars, and Leave Accruals.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with Employee Central and Payroll.
• Lead client discussions, solution architecture reviews, and deployment governance.
• Manage project delivery, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and guide consultants, leads, and offshore teams.
• Review functional specifications, testing strategies, and cutover plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, attendance policies, and organizational standards.
• Support business development activities including RFPs, estimations, solutioning, and pre-sales.
• Drive process optimization and recommend industry best practices in workforce and time management.
