SAP Successfactors Testing

This role will support a SAP SuccessFactors implementation and requires a candidate who brings a strong combination of SuccessFactors functional knowledge and hands-on testing experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working within a SuccessFactors implementation, upgrade, or transformation project and understand how testing supports the overall delivery lifecycle.

In addition to SuccessFactors experience, the candidate should be able to:

• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform and support functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as appropriate to the implementation.
• Identify, document, and track defects with sufficient detail to support analysis and resolution, and coordinate retesting and validation of defect fixes.
• Assist with test data preparation, ensuring appropriate data is available to support planned testing scenarios.
• Collect, organize, and maintain test evidence to support execution results, traceability, business approval, and testing sign-off.
