- Provide support for Recruiting Management RCM and Onboarding ONB modules
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and resolving configurationrelated queries

- 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM ONB 10 and 20
- Min 1 or 2 Implementation and support in each module
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows offer management and candidate pipelines
- Experience in handling Onboarding 20 configurations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work with technical teams on integration and data migration issues
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication presentation and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in SF RCM RMK ONB10 and ONB 20 Module is MUST
