Requirements:

• Implementation project experience
• Client-facing implementation experience
• Strong understanding of project methodology and life cycle processes
• Good communication and presentation skills

Hands-on configuration experience in:

• Core System Security & System Configurations
• Organizational Entities & Foundation Data
• Learning Architecture & Content Delivery
• Verification & Testing
• Integration with external content platforms (e.g., Open Content Network)
• Competency mapping (Synchronize BizX Job Profile Builder - JPB)
• Content objects (Importing SCORM, AICC, or xAPI-compliant e-learning modules)
• Using Learning History Connector or Data Import Tool
• Basic knowledge of PMGM
• Basic knowledge of SPCDP
