SAP SuccessFactors - Learning Management Systems (SF-LMS)

Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and support.
• Strong hands-on experience in SF Learning configuration, including Learning Administration, User Management, Learning Items, Programs, Curricula, and Assignment Profiles.
• Experience in configuring Learning workflows, notifications, approval processes, and automated assignments.
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors LMS business processes and integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in LMS data management, reporting, dashboards, and scheduled reports.
• Knowledge of LMS integrations/interfaces, including employee/user data synchronization and external systems.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT and production support.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SF LMS functional solutions.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases and user documentation.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for LMS issues.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with LMS will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Learning History, Competencies, Certifications
