Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite / SAP CPI, SAP ECP, Payroll, and Time Tracking integrations.
The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting integrations between SuccessFactors, ECP, and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite iFlows
• Build integrations for SAP SuccessFactors, ECP, Payroll & Time Tracking
• Integrate SuccessFactors with third-party applications and systems
• Troubleshoot iFlows, integration failures, and data issues
• Review integration design, error handling, monitoring, and build quality
• Coordinate SIT / UAT and resolve integration defects
• Work with BTP teams on middleware, security, and landscape configuration
• Support cutover, production deployment, smoke testing, go-live & hypercare
• Prepare integration monitoring and BAU support runbooks
• Monitor integrations and ensure data integrity, security, and stability
• Maintain integration risks, issues, and RAID logs
