Job Overview

We are seeking 2 experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM / Data Migration Consultants to support global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data migration activities. The consultants will be responsible for executing end-to-end data migration activities across multiple migration waves and project cycles, including Extraction, Transformation, Loading, validation, reconciliation, SIT, UAT, and Cutover. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data extraction and import mechanisms is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual data migration activities covering the complete ETL cycle - Extraction, Transformation, and Loading.
• Support Wave 1 (US) and subsequent global migration waves.
• Extract employee and organizational data from source systems using: SAP SuccessFactors native extraction capabilities, Standard SuccessFactors reporting tools, Other approved extraction mechanisms
• Apply transformation and conversion rules to extracted data.
• Ensure data aligns with target-system structures, field mappings, and transformation requirements.
• Execute data loading into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central using standard import templates and mass-import processes.
• Manage and maintain the Data Migration Activity List.
• Track migration objects across: Iteration 1, Iteration 2, SIT, UAT, Cutover
• Work closely with the Data Migration Stream Lead and functional workstream consultants.
• Validate field mappings, transformation logic, and migration entry/exit criteria.
• Identify, document, and resolve data issues and load errors.
• Perform data reconciliation and investigate migration gaps.
• Ensure migration processes are repeatable for subsequent migration cycles and global waves.
• Support migration testing and defect resolution.
• Maintain migration documentation and execution procedures.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and enablement activities.

Required Skills / Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven experience in SuccessFactors data migration.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Central data extraction.
• Strong experience with SuccessFactors data import mechanisms and mass imports.
• Understanding of employee and organizational data structures.
• Experience with data transformation, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and Cutover activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Experience working on global SuccessFactors implementations.
