Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) Consultant with 6 to 10 years of overall experience, including strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring SF-EC modules, business rules, workflows, integrations, and global HR processes. Relevant skills align with Employee Central implementation activities and configurations such as Foundation Objects, Position Management, Workflows, Business Rules, RBP, and data migration. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Configure Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Business Rules, Event Reasons, and Workflows.
• Manage Position Management and Organizational Structures.
• Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Support employee lifecycle processes including Hire, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination.
• Participate in data migration, validation, and data quality activities.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and solution documentation.
• Support quarterly SuccessFactors releases and impact assessments.
• Provide post-go-live support and user training.
