Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Compensation Consultant with 10+ years of overall SAP/HR technology experience and strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, enhancement, and support activities across Employee Central and Compensation modules. The role requires strong understanding of HR business processes, SuccessFactors best practices, data management, integrations, testing, and client stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation implementations.
• Configure and maintain Employee Central (EC) including:
• Foundation Objects
• Employee Data
• Job Information
• Employment Information
• Personal Information
• Position Management
• Workflows
• Business Rules
• Event Reasons
• MDF Objects
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation including:
• Compensation Templates
• Salary and Merit Planning
• Bonus Planning
• Guidelines and Eligibility Rules
• Compensation Statements
• Route Maps and Workflows
• Executive Review
• Calibration integration where applicable
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors EC and Compensation solutions.
• Perform configuration, customization, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Design and support integrations between SuccessFactors EC and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Work with integration technologies such as Integration Center, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and OData as applicable.
• Perform data migration, employee data loads, imports, exports, and data validation.
• Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, MDF configurations, and permissions.
• Support integration between Employee Central and Compensation for employee and compensation-related data.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT, and production validation.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and permanent solutions.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and client presentations.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior consultants.

Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in SAP/HR technology.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Experience in SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of HR master data and employee lifecycle processes.
