SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP Payroll processes.
• Manage payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, processing classes, and payroll configurations.
• Configure and monitor Employee Central to ECP replication, ensuring accurate employee master data transfer.
• Support end-to-end payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Configure payroll posting to Finance (FI/CO), including GL mapping and payroll accounting activities.
• Manage statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESI, Income Tax, and year-end payroll activities.
• Support time management and absence integrations impacting payroll calculations.
• Coordinate payroll testing, parallel runs, system upgrades, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide timely resolution to business users.
• Prepare payroll documentation and support knowledge transfer initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, including SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Strong expertise in Payroll Configuration, Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and Payroll Processing.
• Experience with EC-to-ECP Replication, Payroll Control Center (PCC), and Payroll Reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll processes and India Payroll statutory requirements.
• Exposure to FI/CO integration, DME, Time Evaluation, and Payroll Posting.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and SAP BTP/CPI integrations will be preferred.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation or payroll rollout project.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification will be an added advantage.
