SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, Position Management, and Employee Lifecycle processes.
• Manage Time Off configurations such as leave types, accruals, holiday calendars, and work schedules.
• Configure Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and provide solution recommendations.
• Support integrations using Integration Center, OData APIs, SFAPI, and SAP BTP/CPI.
• Perform data migration, system testing, release management, and end-user training.
• Develop and support reports and dashboards through Report Center and Story Reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong expertise in EC Configuration, Time Off, MDF, RBP, Business Rules, and Workflows.
• Experience with Position Management, Data Models, and Employee Data Management.
• Knowledge of Integration Center, OData, SFAPI, and SAP BTP/CPI.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation or rollout project.
• SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification preferred.
