SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & EC Time Off modules.
• Manage holiday calendars, work schedules, time profiles, and accrual configurations.
• Support Time Tracking and Payroll (ECP) integration activities.
• Participate in requirement gathering, configuration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Handle data migration and AMS support activities for global SuccessFactors environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to deliver end-to-end EC & Time Off solutions.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong expertise in EC Time Off and Time Tracking.
• Experience working on global rollout / implementation projects.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
