Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, including Time Off / Absence Management and Time Tracking.
- Configure and implement Clock In / Clock Out functionality.
- Configure work schedules, time types, time valuation, overtime rules, and accruals.
- Handle complex business rules and country-specific time management requirements.
- Experience with end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work on global workforce time management solutions across multiple countries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and business process issues.
