Role Summary:
Provide functional and technical consulting for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Time Management, and Compensation modules. Deliver implementation and support services, review technical documentation, and manage stakeholder communication.
What Youll Do:
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Management, and Compensation modules
- Review and support technical documents related to EC and Time Management
- Lead and drive assigned module areas, ensuring effective stakeholder management and communication
- Support annual compensation cycles and enhancements
- Apply knowledge of business rules, workflows, and country-specific time off policies
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Management, and Compensation modules
- Implementation and support experience in respective modules (at least 1 implementation and 1 support project per module)
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC, EC TimeOff/Time Management, and Compensation (as applicable)
- Ability to review and support technical documents for EC and T&A
- Understanding of business rules, workflows, and time off policies
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in custom compensation statements
- Time Management experience for EC consultants
- Understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules
