• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM).
• Experience with Career Site Builder (CSB).

• Recruiting Groups
• Recruiting Permissions
• Interview Scheduling
• Email Templates
• Business Rules
• Recruiting Workflows
• Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Strong knowledge of Recruitment lifecycle and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Experience integrating RCM with Employee Central (EC), Onboarding, and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Provisioning activities (preferred).
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Metadata Framework (MDF).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and APIs is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of IAS/IPS and Single Sign-On (SSO) is preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
