SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, PMGM,Pune , 3 years , Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients across various industries.
• Provide expert-level support to customers on performance management modules such as Goal Management, Performance Appraisal, and Succession Planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using PMGMM (Performance Management Governance Module).
• Troubleshoot issues related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong understanding of performance management concepts including goal setting, appraisals, succession planning, and analytics.
• Proficiency in working with PMGMM module within the SAP SuccessFactors suite of products.
