Important travel requirement

The consultant must visit the client office 3 to 4 times per month. Travel, accommodation, and food expenses for these visits will be borne by the candidate or vendor.

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to support compensation implementations, ongoing support, annual cycles, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions.

- Participate in annual compensation cycles and deliver enhancements.

- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and support implementation and production needs.

- Coordinate issue resolution and provide ongoing support for compensation processes.

- Apply knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules where they connect to Compensation.

Required qualifications

- 10 to 11 years of relevant experience, with strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation expertise.

- LTI experience is mandatory.

- At least one SuccessFactors Compensation implementation project and one support project.

- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is mandatory.

- Experience with annual compensation cycles and enhancements.

- Good understanding of other SuccessFactors modules.

Preferred

Experience creating or maintaining custom compensation statements.
