SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with 7+ years of relevant SuccessFactors experience and strong hands-on expertise in Compensation & Variable Pay. The consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.

• Gather business requirements related to compensation, salary planning, merit increases, bonuses and variable pay.
• Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation templates and business rules.
• Configure Compensation worksheets, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules and compensation statements.
• Work on merit, lump sum, bonus and salary planning processes.
• Configure Variable Pay programs and payout calculations.
• Configure business rules, workflows, eligibility and permissions related to Compensation.
• Work with Employee Central data and integrations supporting compensation processes.
• Perform requirements analysis, solution design, configuration and functional documentation.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect resolution.
• Support data loads and validate compensation-related employee data.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot configuration/data-related issues.
• Work closely with HR/Compensation business stakeholders and provide recommendations based on SuccessFactors best practices.
• Coordinate with technical/integration teams for interfaces and downstream systems.
• Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts and user documentation.
• Participate in global implementations, rollouts and enhancements.
