SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to join our team.

Experience

• 10+ years of overall relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Compensation
• At least one complete SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation cycle
• Minimum one support project experience
• Good understanding of other relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Compensation
• At least one complete implementation lifecycle experience
• Experience in SuccessFactors support projects
• Good understanding of related SuccessFactors modules
• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification is mandatory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams

Work Location

Bengaluru / Gurugram

Work Mode

Hybrid 2 to 3 days per week from office

Work Timings

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Notice Period

Immediate to maximum 20 days

Candidate Preference

Candidates who are immediately available or serving notice period with a maximum of 20 days will be preferred.

Only candidates with strong and relevant SAP SuccessFactors Compensation experience and mandatory certification will be considered.
