Sap Success Factors Employee Central Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to clients.
• Implement, configure, and maintain EC modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning Management, Analytics etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
• Troubleshoot issues related to EC implementation and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of B.Tech in Computers or equivalent degree required.
• Proven track record of working on at least one full cycle implementation of an SAP HCM module (Core HR preferred).
• Experience with integration between different SAP modules like Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Suite etc.
