Sap Srm Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP SRM solutions aligned with procurement processes.
• Configure and support SAP SRM modules, including:

- Self-Service Procurement

- SUS/SHOP

- Classic Scenario

- Extended Classic Scenario

- Standalone Scenario

- Service Procurement

- Strategic Sourcing

- Contract Management

• Perform end-to-end configuration of SRM procurement processes.
• Manage integration between SAP SRM and SAP ECC MM.
• Configure organizational structure, business partners, product categories, and workflows.
• Support sourcing, RFQ management, bid management, contract management, and supplier evaluation processes.
• Work on approval workflows, shopping carts, purchase orders, confirmations, and invoices.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Participate in UAT, deployment activities, and user training.
• Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. Required Skills Functional Expertise Strong experience in SAP SRM Procurement processes Handson experience in Shopping Cart Purchase Order Processing Strategic Sourcing

Contract Management Supplier Evaluation Service Procurement Knowledge of SAP MM Procurement processes Understanding of procurement lifecycle from requisition to payment Technical Integration Knowledge SAP ECC integration with SRM ALE IDoc concepts Workflow configuration and troubleshooting Understanding of BRF WebDynpro and portalbased procurement processes Familiarity with interfaces and master data synchronization Mandatory Qualifications 5 to 7 years of SAP SRM functional consulting experience Minimum 2 endtoend SAP SRM implementation projects Experience in support and enhancement projects Strong understanding of SAP ECC MM integration Experience in clientfacing roles and stakeholder management
