SAP Solution Manager

Key Skills: SAP Work Soft, S/4 HANA Cloud ALM, SAP TOSCA, UAT, SAP SOLMAN, Jira, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and implement quality assurance and test management strategies for SAP programs.
• Plan and coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing across integrated SAP processes.
• Manage test cases, execution cycles, traceability, and reporting using SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and Jira.
• Develop, maintain, and govern automated regression test suites using Tricentis Tosca and Worksoft.
• Lead cross-functional defect triage, issue prioritization, resolution tracking, and quality status reporting.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 12 years of experience in SAP testing, quality assurance, test automation, or SAP test management.
• Strong experience with system integration testing within SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and SAP Solution Manager for test and defect management.
• Proficiency in user acceptance testing coordination and governance.
• Practical experience with Worksoft and Tricentis Tosca test automation tools.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud ALM and integrated SAP test management processes.

Good to Have:

• Experience managing formal User Acceptance Testing programs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
