SAP Solution Manager ALM Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and transformation of ALM processes using SAP Solution Manager.
• Leverage SAP Joule for Consultants (J4C) and SAP IP-Tools to enhance ALM capabilities.
• Implement AI/Generative AI and Prompt Engineering solutions to automate and optimize ALM processes.
• Apply Machine Learning Algorithms for intelligent monitoring, analytics, and IT service management improvements.
• Manage SAP Solution Manager implementations, upgrades, configuration, and post-go-live support.
• Provide expertise in ChaRM (Change Request Management), Focused Build, Transport Management, and related ALM tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and managed service teams to optimize ALM processes.
• Drive cloud-based ALM transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, presentations, and live demonstrations.
• Work within Agile/SAFe environments and support global delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry frameworks such as ITIL and IT4IT.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager and ALM processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional teams.
