SAP Solution Architect

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Principal SAP Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience in SAP solutions, architecture, and enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Finance, Controlling, Master Data, and exposure to technical capabilities such as SAP Fiori and SAP BTP. The role involves leading end-to-end solution architecture, supporting pre-sales activities, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, and driving successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture, covering Finance, Controlling, Master Data, and relevant technical capabilities.

- Analyze client business requirements, RFPs, and project complexities to define appropriate solution approaches and architecture.

- Design scalable SAP solutions, including implementation strategies, resource planning, integration approaches, and delivery roadmaps.

- Drive pre-sales activities, solution proposals, client presentations, and differentiated value propositions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, client teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and delivery leadership.

- Provide architectural guidance across SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, integration technologies, extensibility, analytics, and intelligence solutions.

- Support SAP practice building, capability development, knowledge sharing, and solution innovation.

- Ensure architecture governance, solution quality, alignment with business objectives, and adherence to enterprise standards.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, identify solution risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the sales-to-delivery lifecycle.

- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations, emerging technologies, and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall SAP experience, with substantial experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and end-to-end enterprise business processes.

- Expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, with a sound understanding of master data management.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, integration technologies, extensibility, and analytics.

- Proven experience in solution design, RFP responses, pre-sales, client engagement, and proposal development.

- Experience in large-scale SAP implementation, transformation, and modernization programs.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
