Role & responsibilities
1Install and configure SAP Focused Run environments and required technical components
2Perform managed system onboarding for ABAP Java HANA SAP RISE cloud and hybrid landscapes
3Configure SAP Host Agent Simple Diagnostics Agent SDA SAP JVMJRE and CA Introscope APM integration where applicable
4Configure SLD SLDR LMDB Outside Discovery and Simple System Integration SSI
5Set up Technical Monitoring System Monitoring Management Job Monitoring Integration Monitoring and Real User Monitoring
6Design monitoring templates thresholds routing rules dashboards and operational reporting
7Troubleshoot RFC certificate authentication binary deployment agent connectivity data supplier and SSI issues
8Coordinate with SAP Basis network security application and managed service teams during onboarding and issue resolution
9Prepare technical documentation runbooks validation evidence handover material and operating procedures
10Support monitoring governance pilot onboarding rollout planning and continuous improvement
