Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee data in Employee Central, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Process payroll transactions accurately and timely, including salary payments, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to employees' personal details.
• Troubleshoot issues with payroll processing software and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15  Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM
• 10 - 15 Years SAP Success factors Employee cebtral , variable pay,
• Strong understanding of payroll processing principles and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality.
