Job Description: SAP HR Mini Master Consultant

Analyse business requirements related to HR data integration and translate them into technical specifications for S/4HANA.
• Configure and customise HR Mini Master data structures (such as personnel number, name, date of birth, position, organisational unit) in S/4HANA.
• Develop and maintain interfaces (such as IDocs, APIs, or middleware solutions) for seamless data transfer between S/4HANA and other systems.
• Ensure data quality through regular audits, validation checks, and error handling procedures.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform end-to-end testing of integration scenarios and troubleshoot data discrepancies or interface failures.
• Monitor integration jobs and workflows, providing timely support and incident management.
• Document integration processes, data mappings, and technical configurations for compliance and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA updates, best practices, and statutory requirements affecting HR data integration
