Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees in the IT services industry.
• Develop and maintain employee centralized systems such as SuccessFactors to manage HR data and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop variable pay programs that align with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation practices.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits role within an IT Services or Consulting organization.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors software application for managing HR data and processes.
• Proven track record of designing effective compensation plans that drive business results.
