SAP SF EC Time off

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Off Consultant to design, implement, and support Time Off solutions within SuccessFactors. The role involves configuring leave and absence management processes, working with business stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off module based on business requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document leave management requirements
• Configure:
• Time Profiles
• Work Schedules
• Holiday Calendars
• Absence Types & Accrual rules
• Time Accounts & Account Types
• Period-End Processing rules
• Define and manage business rules for accruals, validations, and workflows
• Support integrations with Employee Central, Payroll, and Third-party systems
• Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT support
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and leave policies
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions
